特发性肺纤维化患者报告结局测评工具文献研究
Patient-reported Outcome Instruments for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis:a Literature Review

Abstract
Objective To analyze current status of the development and application of patient-reported outcome (PRO) instruments for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) based on a literature review. Methods From April to June, 2017,we searched PubMed,EMBase,CNKI,SinoMed,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP for studies about the development and application of PRO instruments for assessing IPF. We extracted the included studies'data about the first author,title,publication time,and involved PRO instruments for assessing IPF and related fields. Results Totaled 65 articles were eligible,including 27 in English and 38 in Chinese. The PRO instruments for IPF were first reported abroad in 2000,but domestically in 2007. Twenty articles focused on the development,reliability,validity and applicability testing of the scales for IPF and 45 articles focused on assessing the efficacy of various treatments on quality of life of IPF patients. Twenty-three instruments were involved;the instruments were mainly used for assessing the symptoms,daily activity abilities,psychological mood,social activities,economic conditions,and efficacy satisfaction in the IPF patients. SGRQ was used commonly in both English and Chinese articles. Conclusion In these available studies,only a few PRO instruments for IPF were developed in China. PRO instruments for IPF treated by Chinese medicine urgently need to be developed.关键词
