摘要
Abstract
Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) is a plasticizer that is widely distributed in the environment. Epidemiological studies have shown that DEHP exposure is associated with insulin resistance,which in turn affects the occurrence of type 2 diabetes as well as metabolic syndrome.DEHP leads to insulin resistance through the insulin signaling pathway,the transcription factor peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-γ) pathway,oxidative stress, lysosome-mitochondrial axis pathways and other metabolic risk factors.关键词
