脊髓型颈椎病的手术治疗研究进展
Progress of Surgical Treatment in Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy
摘要
Abstract
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) is the most common disease of spinal cord dysfunction in middle-aged people,and it also is the most serious type of cervical spondylosis.Once diagnosed with CSM,patients should be provided with the surgical treatment as soon as possible.There are three surgical options including anterior surgery,posterior surgery,and anterior and posterior combined surgery.This paper mainly introduces influencing factors of surgical options, and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each surgical option and its indications and contraindications in order to provide a reference for the individual selection of therapeutic programs of CSM.关键词
