基础设施系统与自然生态互动增长策略研究
Growth strategy of infrastructure system interacting with natural ecology

Abstract
Growth of the infrastructure system has not only provided the essential support for economic development and new-type urbanization,but also leads to excessive consumption of resources and deterioration of the natural environment.With the aim of sustainable development,interaction mechanism of infrastructure system and natural ecological environment is studied based on system dynamics theory.It is concluded that the diverse infrastructures relate to each other through their impacts on environmental pollution and population.Their negative feedback relation shows that transportation,power supply and water supply infrastructures cannot increase unlimitedly.Under a given level of economic development and technical conditions,there is a negative feedback of transportation infrastructure and natural environment,as the growth of road mileage increases the vehicle inventory,makes the air pollution worse,and then decreases population;cumulative malignant impact on natural ecology of power supply infrastructure is significant,as superposition of resource availability and environmental pollution for power supply infrastructure increase;negative feedback of water supply infrastructure and natural ecology exists,as the balance between annual sewage discharge and water source factor.Based on the systems archetypes analysis,it can be concluded that growth of one kind of infrastructure should take into account the growth of other kinds of infrastructure and related natural ecology.The key to improve the transportation infrastructure capacity is not the increasing of road mileage,but the improvement of public transportation for air pollution control.The key to improve the power supply infrastructure capacity is decoupling its relation with the air pollution of transportation infrastructure growth,such as reducing energy consumption or proportion of thermal power generation.The key to improve the water supply infrastructure capacity is not to increase sewage treatment facilities,but to reduce water pollution.关键词
