摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the relationship between the social capital,the stability of rural land management right and the longterm investment of farmers' land and the influencing mechanism,based on the perspective of multidimensional social capital of large grains.By using a questionnaire survey method,Tobit and Probit Model,results are as follows:① Social networks relationship of large grains,participation of farmers in each others' work,and participation in the village collective affairs have significant positive impacts on the land transfer period.The level of trust,participation in the joint-aid of the villagers who live with difficulty,and helping each other within the transfer period,have significant negative influences on management dispute events.It means network,trust,unity and collective dimensions of social capital have significant impacts on the current land management rights in the stability of land transfer rights.②For farmers with large grains,the period of land transfer has a significant positive impact on long-term land investment,the occurrence of management dispute events has a significant negative impact on the long-term investment of land within the certain period of time.③The network relationship,the frequency of mutual help,the frequency of helping villagers who live with difficulty and the interaction term of land transfer period have negative impacts on long-term investment;however,the network and the interaction term of land transfer period can pass the significant test.Network relationship,participation in certain organizations and the level of trust helping the villagers who live with difficulty and interaction term of management dispute events have positive effects on large long-term interactive investment;however,helping the villagers who live with difficulty and the interaction term of management dispute events pass the significant test.The main conclusion are as follows:for farmers with large grains,the stability of current land transfer fights is significant consideration for long-term land investment;social capital can promote large long-term investment by enhancing the stability of current land transfer management rights;under the function of social capital,the restriction of stability of current land transfer management rights on long-term land investment is weakened,but the overall weakening effect is not significant.关键词
