恼人型耳鸣临床特征分析
Clinical Characteristics of the Bothersome Tinnitus:An Analysis of Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluation the clinical and psychoacoustic characteristics of the bothersome tinnitus. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 533(625 ears)outpatients with tinnitus at our institute from January 2016 to January 2017. Results Nonbothersome tinnitus,160 cases (one ear,123 cases;two ears ,37cases) accounts for 30% ;bothersome tinnitus, 373 cases (one ear,318 cases;two ears,55 cases), accounts for 70%. Bothersome tinnitus, 69 ears have normal Thresholds (0 -25 dB), 359 ears have abnormal Thresholds(>25 dB) .In abnormal Thresholds,36 ears have conductive hearing loss, 20 ears have mixed hearing loss,303 ears have sensorineural deafness.Description of bothersome tinnitus: boominess and cicadas accounted for 64.7% .Tinnitus matching: 159 ears have low-frequency tinnitus (125-125 Hz), 61 ears have intermediate frequency tinnitus (1000-1000 Hz), 208 ears have high frequency tinnitus (4000-8000 hz).There is a moderate correlation between tinnitus description and tinnitus frequency.The positive rate of residual inhibition was 60.6 %, and the acute, low frequency ,sensorineural hearing loss was higher.Conclusion There is a moderate correlation between tinnitus description and tinnitus frequency.The bothersome tinnitus is less tolerant and the proportion of the first patient is higher, and the standard treatment is of great significance to alleviate the symptoms of tinnitus.The patients with the acute, low frequency,sensorineural hearing loss, their residual inhibition test positive was higher,for may be beneficial from sound therapy.关键词
