耳鸣严重程度及其影响因素的THI问卷调查
The Investigation of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory on the Severity of Tinnitus and Its Influences

Abstract
Objective The aim of the study is to explore the relationship between the time, region and loudness of tinnitus,the degree of hearing loss with the order of severity of tinnitus.Methods Pure tone audiometry and THI-CM(Chinese Mandarin Tinnitus Handicap Inventory) are adopted to discuss the relationship between the time, region and loudness of tinnitus, the degree of hearing loss with the order of severity of tinnitus in 30 primary tinnitus patients.Results The correlation analysis shows that certain correlation is found between tinnitus time, tinnitus region and the severity of tinnitus. No significant correlation is found between tinnitus loudness, hearing loss and the severity of tinnitus.Conclusion Tinnitus time and tinnitus region may have impact on tinnitus annoyance based on the THI assessment. Tinnitus loudness and hearing loss may have no impact on tinnitus annoyance based on the THI assessment.关键词
