Abstract
With the coming of aging society,the number of adult with postlingual hearing loss in China will increase year by year.Cochlear implantation(CI) is the best choice for people with severe to profound hearing loss.This article discussed the etiology of the adult with postlingual hearing loss,the indication and contraindication of Cochlear implantation,the factors and related diseases affecting the effect of cochlear implantation,as well as the preservation for the residual hearing of cochlear implantation in Adults with postlingual hearing loss and the postoperative effects and rehabilitation.It aims at improving the quality of their lives by allowing more adult with postlingual hearing loss to receive timely and effective treatment.关键词
