A Study of Articulation-Voice Ability Evaluation Analysis and Rehabilitation Measures about 10 Cases of Hearing-Impaired Children

Abstract
Objective To evaluats articulation-voice ability and analyze the main problems of articulation-voice disorders of 10 cases of hearing-impaired children with rehabilitation 1 year or so, in order to understand the general and common problems of the hearing-impaired children's articulation-voice ability.Methods The study selected 10 cases of hearing-impaired children,whose average age is from 4 to 5 years and have trained for about a year under the guidance of speech therapy program; test their articulation-voice ability by using Huang Zhaoming and Han Zhijuan's vocabulary;the study obtained subjects' articulation intelligibility through the analysis of the articulation-voice definition table and minimal phoneme contrast acquisition table, and put forward rehabilitation measures.Results The articulation-voice clarity of 10 cases of hearing-impaired children is around 30.5%, which is relatively low. In the initial consonants, according to the different place of articulation, the error rate of apical, lingual sounds and velar is higher than other; In the vowels, the error rate of front nasal phonet and back nasal phonet is high; In the tone of voice, the error rate of 2, 3 tones is higher. Conclusion Most of hearing-impaired children have some common problems of articulation-voice. Speech rehabilitation contents such as oral function training, tone perception and pronunciation training should be added to rehabilitation training.关键词
