医教协同发展背景下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养探究
Cultivation of professional postgraduates of clinical medicine under healthcare-education collaboration
摘要
Abstract
Healthcare-education collaboration is an effective way to nurture professional talents of clinical medicine.Here we first analyze its positive role in improving the cultivating mode of clinical medicine professional postgraduates.Then we discuss the potential problems in nurturing professional postgraduates of clinical medicine regarding the positioning of double identities of both postgraduate and standardized trainee,the guiding ideology of postgraduate tutors and supporting conditions as well as education mechanism.Finally,some strategic suggestions and solutions are put forward to deal with a series of effects brought by this medical education policy so that the medical education system will be further improved,and the standardized training system of clinical medical talents with Chinese characteristics will be established.关键词
