新媒体时代下医学研究生培养管理工作的特点及对策
Characteristics of training and management of medical graduates under the new media era and countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of new media tools in medical graduate education (including training and management) so as to adjust the direction for medical graduate education in using new media tools under the new situation.Methods The questionnaire-based survey was carried out among students of Hebei Medical University.We analyzed the status quo of medical graduates' using of new media tools regarding the basic usage,purpose,focus of attention and evaluation of them.Results A great majority of the students (86.0％) use WeChat and show a clear interest employment information.Most of them (87.4％) admit the value of new media in medical graduates' training and management.Conclusion New media tools are widely used in medical graduates' training and management,but they have not fully played their unique role.Facing new challenges,there is much space for improvement.关键词
