“系科合一”人才培养模式的实践与创新
Practice and innovation of the talent cultivation mode of "integration of department and clinical unit"
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the needs for disciplinary development and the industry's needs for talents,we adopted the talent cultivation mode of "integration of department and clinical unit".We established the platform for multi-channel communication,constructed a characteristic curri culum based on the teaching reform,improved students' comprehensive quality by cultivating their innovative ability as the breakthrough point,and implemented a variety of assessment meth ods including formative and summative assessment.The paper also introduces the design and practice of the department-clinical unit integration teaching mode for medical inspection technology graduates to enhance their personalized and diversified development.关键词
