“1+1+1”同伴教学模式在妇产科留学生临床实习中的应用
Application of "1 + 1 + 1" peer teaching model in international students' clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of "1+1+1" peer teaching model in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology for international students.Methods We enrolled 52 international students who studied in our department between February 2016 and February 2017 and divided them into 12 groups with 4~6 students in each group,rotating in turn.Then each group was randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was taught by "1+ 1+ 1"peer teaching model.That is,the students were arranged to join a medical team which had senior graduate students with practice qualification,with every two students under the guidance of the same attending doctor.The control group received the original teaching program which was arranged directly to the attending doctor.Every 26 students were in the study group or the control group.The comprehensive examination of clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology,including theoretical assessment and clinical skills assessment,was held after the internship,and the results were compared.Results The "1 + 1 + 1" peer teaching model not only had better practical effects than the traditional one-way practice,but also stimulated the students' interest in learning.Conclusion The application of "1 + 1 + 1" peer teaching model in international students' clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology has achieved good teaching effects and can be extended to other departments for international students' clinical practice.关键词
