摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application results of multidisciplinary treatment (MDT)combined with case-based learning (CBL) in neurosurgical standardized training of physicians.Methods We randomly divided 96 students into 4 groups:MDT+CBL teaching group (group A),MDT teaching (group B),CBL group (group C),and traditional teaching group (group D),each group having 24 students.At the end of teaching an examination and a questionnaire-based survey were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness in the four groups.Results Group A had significantly higher scores than groups B,C and D in both the examination score and the results of the survey (P<0.05).Conclusion After the teaching reform of our research group,in the process of neurosurgical standardized training of physicians,MDT combined with CBL teaching method can better mobilize the students' enthusiasm in learning,help them deepen knowledge acquisition,and improve their comprehensive quality.
