摘要
Abstract
How to both guarantee clinical healthcare safety and improve the teaching effectiveness during clinical teaching for pediatric refresher doctors deserves discussion and research.By relating to the characteristics of teaching hospitals,this paper proposes measures to carry out standardized training of refresher doctors,inspire their clinical research thinking and pay attention to cultivation of humanities quality so as to increase the teaching effectiveness in an all-round way.关键词
