Abstract
Objective To investigate the adsorption effect of medicinal carbon tablets on the effective components ( paeoniflorin ) of Niao-duqing Granules in artificial gastric juice. Methods The drug solubility meter was used to simulate the internal environment of the human body, and the medicinal carbon tablets and Niaoduqing Granules were added into the artificial gastric juice at the same time. The content of paeoniflorin of Niaoduqing Granules was determined by HPLC and compared with that of Niaoduqing Granules in artificial gastric juice alone, and the adsorption rate was calculated. Results The adsorption rate of medicinal carbon tablets to paeoniflorin was 92. 62％ within 2. 0 h in the artificial gastric juice. Conclusion In the artificial gastric juice, the medicinal carbon tablets have powerful adsorption effect on the effective substance paeoniflorin in the common dosage of the Niaoduqing Granules, and the interval time for taking Niaoduqing Granuks and medicinal charcoal tablets should be more than 2. 0 h.关键词
