摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a β-cyclodextrin modified capillary electrophoresis method for content determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Sanhuang Tablets. Methods Active ingredient of Rheum palmatum was acquired with ultrasonic-assisted extraction. The detection was carried out with an uncoated fused-silica capillary ( 75 μm × 67. 4 cm, the effective length was 51 cm ) . The buffer was consisted of 60 mmol/L Na2B4O7+40 mmol/L Na2CO3, and buffer additives was 40 mmol/L β-cyclodextrin ( pH=8. 9 ) . The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results RSDs of repeatability test of emodin and chrysophanol were 1. 76% and 1. 53% ( n=6 ) . The linear ranges of active ingredient were 2. 0-18. 5 μg/mL and 2. 50-1. 56 × 103 μg/mL. The average recoveries were 93. 53% and 97. 26%, and RSD were 0. 83% and 2. 52% ( n=3 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for content determination of active ingredient of Rheum palmatum in Sanhuang Tablets.
