丹参多酚酸盐联合苯扎贝特治疗缺血性心肌病53例及对炎性因子和心功能的影响
Clinical Effect of Salvianolate Combined with Benzbette for Treating 53 Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors and Cardiac Function

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salvianolate combined with benzbette for treating ischemic cardiomyopathy ( ICM ) and its effect on inflammatory factors and cardiac function. Methods Totally 107 patients with ICM admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group ( 53 cases ) and the control group ( 54 cases ) according to the random number table method. The two groups were given conventional basic treatment, on this basis, the control group was given Bezafibrate Dispersible Tablets ( 0. 2 g/time, 3 times a day ) , on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Salvianolate Injection ( 200 mg, intravenous drip, once a day ) , all the patients were treated for 28 d. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 23％, which was significantly higher than 81. 48％ of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the levels of IL-6, MMP-9 and MCP-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The LVESd and LVEDd in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The LVEF in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 24. 53％, which had no statistical difference from 16. 67％ in the control group ( P > 0. 05 ) . The correlation was analyzed according to the Spearman method, the result showed that IL-6, MMP-9 and MCP-1 of 107 patients were positively correlated with LVESd and LVEDd ( P < 0. 05 ) , and negatively correlated with LVEF ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Salvianolate combined with benzbette for treating ICM has good effect and safety, it can effectively improve the patients′ inflammatory factors and cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
