住院神经症性障碍患者环境色偏好及其影响因素研究
Study on Environmental Color Preference and Its Influencing Factors in Hospitalized Patients with Neurotic Disorder

Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristic of environmental color preference and its influencing factors in hospitalized patients with neurotic disorder. Methods The indoor environmental color preference test was carried out in 223 hospitalized patients with neurotic disorder in our hospital, and the statistical analysis was performed by using rank correlation processing. Results The color preference order of 223 patients was green, blue, white, yellow, orange, red, purple, gray and black. The color preference order of patients with different genders, ages and education levels had statistically significant in rank correlation ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the score of color preference between male and female ( P > 0. 05 ) . The preference to red and orange had significant differences of patients in different ages and education levels ( P < 0. 05 ) . The preference to white had significant differences of patients with different clinical subtypes ( P=0. 025 < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The color preferences of hospitalized patients with neurotic disorder were influenced by age, education levels and clinical subtypes. The rational collocation of cold and warm colors ( such as green and orange ) is beneficial to the mental health of the patients.关键词
