Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of butorphanol combined with midazolam for treating parturient women with chills after combined spinal and epidural anesthesia ( CSEA ) . Methods Totally 50 parturient women with chills after CSEA admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method, 25 cases in each group. After delivery of fetus, the control group was treated with 10 μg/kg butorphanol, while the study group was given 40 μg/kg butorphanol combined with midazolam. Results The HR, MAP and SpO2 in the two groups were changed at 3, 5, 10, 30 min after medication, but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the same time ( P > 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of chills between the two groups ( 100. 00% vs. 100. 00%, P < 0. 05 ) . However, the stop time of chill in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group [ ( 3. 73 ± 2. 14 ) min vs. ( 5. 66 ± 2. 54 ) min, t=2. 9054,P=0. 0055 < 0. 05 ] . There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups ( 4. 00% vs. 16. 00%, P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Butorphanol combined with midazolam for treating parturient women with chills after CSEA can shorten the stop time of chills, and it has high safety and little influence on the blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the parturient women.关键词
