摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the MRI characters of atypical intracranial hemangioblastoma (HB). Method:The data about clinic and MRI for 21 patients with atypical intracranial hemangioblastoma pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed. The location, number, shape, size, signal characters, peritumoral edema and the relationship with surrounding tissues were analyzed. Result:Of the 21 cases,18 cases were single, the lesions were all located below the tentorium, and 3 cases were multiple with 11 lesions,9 below the tentorium and 2 above the tentorium. Among the 29 lesions, there were 21 solid masses,5 simple cysts and 3 large cysts with small nodules. Among the 21 solid masses,T1WI of solid hemangioblastoma was equal or slightly lower signal,T2WI and FLAIR were equal, slightly higher or mixed signal,DWI was equal, low or mixed signal;some lesions with in-tratumoral and peritumoral abnormal vascular shadow (9/21);peritumoral mid-severe edema (12/21);11 lesions were closely re-lated to meningi;enhanced scan lesions were homogeneous (8/21) or heterogeneous (13/21) significantly enhanced. 5 simple cysts showed low signal on T1WI,high signal on T2WI,and low signal on FLAIR sequence, with uniform signal intensity, non enhanced wall and intracapsular content. Conclusion:There are characteristics in the MRI performance of atypical intracranial heman-gioblastoma,combining with patient's morbidity location and age,can improve its preoperative diagnostic accuracy.关键词
