Abstract
Objective:By measuring the peak value and peak time of portal vein imaging density of CT with different portal vein diameters,and investigating the correlation between the portal vein diameter and the peak density and peak time. Meth-ods:Sixty patients with portal vein diameters ranging from 12～22 mm were divided into three groups,each of which had a specific area at multiple time points. Statistical analysis was performed on the results of multi-time point scanning in specific areas of each group,and the time-density curve was drawn. The linear correlation between the peak value of portal vein scan and the portal vein diameter was analyzed. Results:The peak time of portal vein diameter 12.0～15.0 mm group was 60 s,the peak time was 70 s in 15.1～19.0 mm group and the peak time of 19.1～22.0 mm was 75 s. The peak time was delayed with the increase of the diameter of the portal vein. With the increase of the portal vein diameter ,the peak density also decreased (r2=0.652,P<0.001),portal vein diameter and peak regression equation:y=173.599-2.276x. Conclusions:In this study,it is found that the portal vein diameter is positively correlated with the peak time of portal vein imaging ,and the portal vein diam-eter and peak density shows a reverse linear trend. This study find that,in order to obtain the best quality of portal vein imag-ing,the best scanning time should be selected based on different portal vein diameter.关键词
