经阴道彩色多普勒超声及血清β-HCG对宫角妊娠及间质部妊娠的诊断价值
The clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and blood β-HCG in the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and intramural pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose cornual pregnancy and intramural pregnancy. Methods:Chose 28 cases who were diagnosed with cornual pregnancy (13 cases) and intramural pregnancy (15 cases) by the transvaginal ultrasound from October 2015 to May 2017. Retrospectively analyzed the patients' ultrasonographic features and the blood β-HCG value and compared with surgical pathology results. Results:15 cases of cornual pregnancy were confirmed through surgery and pathology. While 12 cases of were confirmed through surgery and pathology. The average of blood β-HCG of 28 cases was (8766±5931) U/L which was consistent with pregnancy,and the blood β-HCG values of 17 cases were over 5000 U/L. At the first ultrasonic testing,6 cases of pregnant women had not been seen pregnant bursa in the uterine cavity,and abnormal masses were not shown in the out-uterine cavity. After 3 days the blood β-HCG val-ues of 4 cases significantly rose by 121％,223％,88％ and 171％ respectively. Later 2 cases were confirmed to be cornual preg-nancy and 2 cases were confirmed to be intramural pregnancy by pathology. The blood β-HCG values of another 2 cases of pregnant women declined by 19％ and 13％ respectively and they were confirmed to be intramural pregnancy by pathology. Conclusions:It has a higher clinical application value and a higher clinical diagnostic rate to apply transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with blood β-HCG to diagnose cornual pregnancy and intramural pregnancy and it has a higher clinical diagnostic rate. Therefore,it can provide valuable diagnostic information for clinical physicians.关键词
