基于MSN方法的洪涝灾害现场调查推算模型
A Flood Field Investigation Caculating Method Based On MSN Method
摘要
Abstract
Traditional spatial calculation method needs homogeneity,but homogeneity usually cannot be satisfied in flood disaster.We use Spatial Means of Surfaces with Stratified Nonhomogeneity method to build A Flood Field Investigation Caculating Method.At last,2013 Heilongjiang Provence foold disater is uesed to verify the model;the error is under 15％ which can indicate loss of the whole disaster area.关键词
