Construction of Digital Platform of Agricultural Drought Risk Assessment in Different Spatial and Temporal Scales of China
摘要
Abstract
Drought disaster is one of the world's most popular disasters.It is also a kind of disaster that causes the most severe agricultural losses in China.Different spatial and temporal scales of drought affected the agricultural systems differently.Directed by disaster systems theory and risk assessment theory,based on the risk attributes such as risk of hazard-inducing factors,vulnerability and exposure of hazard-affected bodies,the digital platform was built for the spatial scales of county-county-town-household,the temporal scales of year-quater-month-deka-day.On the basis of digital platform,the assessment of different level of agricultural drought risk was done.It may provide the scientific bases for risk governance of agricultural drought in China.关键词
