基于应急综合管理的气象灾害敏感单位等级划分
Grade Division of Meteorological Disaster Sensitive Units Based on Emergency Integrated Management
摘要
Abstract
According to basic measures of the current domestic various units are more general in meteorological disasters emergency comprehensive management,different umts take measures without the actual situation.The disaster weather frequency,economic losses,casualties and social effects are considered to construct the meteorological disasters sensitive index system,the actual value of indexes processed semi quantitative analysis to range different disasters risk value consistent with the method of classification and valuation,the assessment of meteorological disasters sensitive units model is established to divide different units of meteorological disasters sensitivity into four categories,high,junior high,general and slight.The purpose of the paper is to provide references for the emergency comprehensive management of meteorological disasters.关键词
