摘要

Abstract

Based on the lightning location data and lightning disasters statistical information,the temporal and spatial distribution of lightning activity and disasters are analyzed,according to discussion on the correlation between lightning disaster and disaster causing factors,disaster bodies and disaster inducing environment,the loss types and distribution characteristics of lightning disaster under different disaster conditions and disaster bearing conditions were compared,put forward the lightning disaster prevention measures.The results show that lightning activity is frequent,the probability of disaster is related to lightning frequency,density and intensity,the seasonal characteristics of positive lightning can be used as an important sign to judge the beginning and end of lightning surge period;the lightning disaster is closely related to the disaster inducing environment and the vulnerability of the disaster body,rural area is a high incidence area of lightning disaster,farmland,trees,mountains,water areas and other open areas are more exposed to the risk of direct lightning;lightning has a greater impact on agriculture,tourism,communications,electronics,electricity,education and other industries;rural lightning disasters are mainly casualties which caused by lightning stroke,urban lightning disasters are mainly building damage and the damage of electrical system and electronic equipment which caused by lightning induction.By improving the lightning protection measures,the ability of the disaster bodies to withstand the thunder and lightning disaster can be enhanced,and the adverse effects caused by lightning stroke can be reduced and prevented.
