Study on the evaluation and path of the innovation ability of marine fishery in China Province
摘要
Abstract
With the current situation of the development of marine fisheries in the new period as the theoretical basis,to explore innovative development of marine fisheries necessity.The diamond model is adopted to establish Marine fisheries innovation drive ability benchmark index selection and evaluation index system.The marine fisheries innovation drive ability of coastal provinces and cities are evaluated,based on the relevant year fishery economic data,According to the results,marine fishery innovation drive ability can be divided into four types:the strong one,the bloated one,the potential one and the thin one..In order to promote China's marine fisheries innovation driving ability,structure of factors,industrial structure and regional structure should be optimized.关键词
