City Imagination and Literature Memory:On the Development of Guangdong City Literature
摘要
Abstract
Guangdong's commodity economy and foreign trade have always been developed,which promoted the development of urbanization.The urban expression of Guangdong literature has a long history,but the city imagination at different historical stages presents a different picture.The ancient city of Guangdong showed commercial characteristic in the works of the writers in the past dynasties.The modern city imagination showed revolutionary and enlightening tendency because of the narration of the nation-state,at the same time,commercial and daily discourse still had certain living space.Because of the rapid development of Guangdong cities since the foundation of the new China,the urban writing has become the main trend of Guangdong literature.Under the influence of the new enlightenment,popular culture and consumer culture,the city imagination of Guangdong shows the mixed characteristics of modernity and post-modernity.关键词
