摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of IL-6/slL-6R complex on expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).Methods Cultured HUVECs were treated with slL-6R (100ng/ml) and various concentrations of IL-6 (0,10,20,40 and 80ng/ml) for 24h,the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and Western blot.Results The mRNA and protein expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were increased in presence of IL-6/sIL-6R complex (P<0.05).Conclusion IL-6/sIL-6R complex can promote the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in human umbilical vein endothelial cells,indicating that IL-6/sIL-6R complex may be involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.关键词
