Abstract
The development of information system requires the vacuum electron devices (including traveling wave tubes) to be micro-scaled,integrated and module packaged.The development tendency of the vacuum electron devices (including traveling wave tubes) will take following three directions:the first is the micro-scale,integration and module package for existing devices;the second is the nano-scale vacuum triode and its integration;and the third is theintegration developmentof vacuum electron devicesand photonics devicesand their application in information systems.关键词
