摘要
Abstract
Typical applications,reliable increasing and operation principle of microwave power traveling wave tubes (TWTs) are discussed in this paper.The main parameters of millimeter waveTWTs,THzTWTs,high pulse powerTWTs,wide bandwidth TWTs,microwave power module,multiband TWTs,space TWTs and satellite uplink TWTs are introduced.Based on analysis of the latestresearch projects,development tendenciesof higher frequency,higher efficiency,higher power,wide bandwidth,miniaturization,modularization,low cost and cold cathode employingare concluded.The application demands from wide band radar,communication and electronic warfare are introduced.关键词
