摘要
Abstract
Performances of flat topped sinusoidal waveguide back wave tubes were predicted through particle simulation.The results showed that:under aworking current of 9 mA,by adjusting the working voltage from 15 to 25 kV,the BWO can work in 207.82 ~ 233.44 GHz with output power more than 1.96 W.关键词
