秋冬季节不同LED照明环境下的学习效率变化
Changes of Study Efficiency in Different LED Lighting Environment in Autumn and Winter

Abstract
The lack of sunshine in autumn and winter can cause students to be depressed and learn less efficiently,which can be alleviated by artificial lighting.To simulate classroom lighting in the laboratory,three typical color temperatures (4 000 K,5 000 K,6 500 K) and six illuminations (500 lx,1 000 lx,1 500 lx,2 000 lx,2 500 lx,3 000 lx) are selected to form 18 different light environments.Then the learning efficiency and fatigue degree of the subjects under different light environment were analyzed.The results showed that color temperature had the greatest influence on the change rate of the comprehensive mental work index,followed by lighting time,then the illumination.Under the color temperature of 5 000 K,the IMC index has the most obvious effect and its changing rate increases with the increase of illumination and time,and peaks near 2 000 lx and 1.5 h.The best combination of color temperature and illumination is 5 000 K and 2 000 lx,the best combination of illumination and lighting time is 2 000 lx and 1.5 h;The higher the color temperature,the more negative emotions;Within 2 000 lx,the higher the illuminance,the higher the operating efficiency.Above 2 000 lx the working efficiency is lower.The longer the lighting time,the more severe the fatigue.关键词
