Abstract

5 LED light of different formulations (7R/1B,5R/1B,4R/1B,3R/1B,2R/1B) were used to conduct indoor artificial lighting test on tomato,in order to explore the impact of LED lamp with different light quality on morphological characteristics of tomato growth.The results showed that:the tomato plant processed by the 3R/1B LED lighting overall has better impact to the growth of tomato morphology than several other light:Plant height,internode length,stem stout,first ear,second ears and fruit number,fruit weight per panicle,total mass,single fruit weight,spike per plant and fruit rate,all these indicators are higher The tomato plant processed by the 2R/1B lighting produces short tomato plant,short internodes,short leaf,ear height,with ordinary growth advantage.5R/1B lighting in each period produces the most leaf length.But the first and second spikes,has least fruit number per plant;spike two fruit weight and fruit weight per plant are the smallest the single fruit is lighter on spike two and three;the first panicle setting rate and total fruit rate is low.Overall its effect to improve the tomato quality and yield is ordinary.7R/1B lighting processing has obvious advantages to the latter period of tomato plant height.The stem is slender,with smallest diameter;the first spike has lightest average fruit weight,low sugar rate,whose energy is obviously wasted on plant growth itself.The test results have certain guidance and reference to future tomato cultivation and LED R&D and production.
