Abstract

Light guide plate in the LED lighting quality plays an important role.In order to promote the development of light guide plate,we carried out a series of composite light guide plate experiment.The experiment aims to obtain a new composite light guide plate integrated with a light guide plate,a diffusion plate,a reflector,and a phosphor.LED blue chip is used with light entering from the side to stimulate the yellow silver powder in the composite light guide plate to emit white light.The uniformity of the distribution of the phosphor in the material was tested by changing the flipping time,the phosphor concentration,the thermosetting temperature and the heating time.The results show that flipping after 4 minutes,with 80 degrees heat curing,and heating 1 hour will bring the most uniform distribution of phosphor and the highest luminous efficiency.The composite light guide plate material was then applied in the LED plate lights design.
