锁定钢板固定术治疗创伤性胫骨远端三平面骨折的疗效及安全性分析
Efficacy and safety of locking plate fixation in the treatment of traumatic tibial distal three-plane fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of locking plate fixation for the treatment of traumatic tibial distal three-plane fracture.Methods:A total of 94 patients with traumatic distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 47 cases in each group according to different surgical methods.The patients in the control group received general plate inter-nal fixation for treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with locking plate fixation.The quality of life,complications and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The SF-36 scores of quality of life after treatment in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in study group was 6.3%,which lower than that in control group (19.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(97.9% vs.80.9% ),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Locking plate fixation can reduce complications,reduce the incidence of secondary fracture,and it has high safety, good therapeutic effect and high quality of life after surgery,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
