摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study and analyze the application of trabecular bone 3D printing in artificial hip joint.Methods:40 ca-ses of patients with hip arthroplasty were selected as study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observa-tion group according to the different artificial hip prosthesis,each group had 20 cases.The patients in the control group using conventional artificial hip prosthesis,and the patients in the observation group were given 3D printing technology to repair artificial hip joint.The hip joint function scores and pain scores before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:6 months after operation,the hip joint function was improved in both groups,and the hip joint in the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6 months after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The trabecular bone 3D printing technology is appropriately ap-plied in artificial hip joint,and the hip joint prosthesis has good consistency and stability,which can help to promote the recovery of hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
