康复护理干预对骨肉瘤患者预后的影响分析
The prognosis influence analysis of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with osteosarcoma

Abstract
Objective:To research the prognosis influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with osteosarcoma. Methods:75 patients with osteosarcoma for surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group (41 cases) and the control group (34 cases) according to admission.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the a-bove.Analyzed and compared the prognosis between the two groups.Results:The recovery rate of functional recovery of the affected limb in the observation group was 75.61%,which was higher than that in the control group(52.94%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After different nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in the SF-36 score and the time of hospitalization,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postopera-tive complications in the observation group was 7.32%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (35.29%,P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of rehabilitation nursing intervention can help osteosarcoma patients effectively prevent and control the occurrence of related complications,and it has positive significance for the improvement of their quality of life and the recov-ery of limb function.关键词
