临床护理路径干预在股骨胫骨折患者术后康复期中的应用研究
Application of clinical nursing pathways in patients with femoral and tibial fractures after operation

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of clinical nursing pathways in improving postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral and tibial fractures.Methods:A total of 63 patients with femoral and tibial fractures were selected as the research object.Ac-cording to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group (n=30) and the study group (n=33).The patients in the control group were treated with routine pain and psychological care.The patients in the study group were treated with clinical nursing pathways on the basis of nursing care.The changes of postoperative pain,mental health and complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the first,3rd and 5th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications was 9.10% (3/33) in the study group,which was lower than that in the control group (30.00%,9/30),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Clinical nursing pathways can effectively improve the postoperative pain in patients with femoral and tibial fractures,reduce the body's pain,ad-just the mental health of patients,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
