运动创伤性肩关节后脱位的治疗进展研究
Progress in the treatment of traumatic posterior dislocation of the shoulder
摘要
Abstract
Traumatic posterior dislocation of the shoulder mainly refers to the position between the humeral head and the gle-noid spine dislocation,a clinical less common fracture.Post-traumatic dislocation of the shoulder more due to external stress caused by conduction.The fall,the upper arm flexion within the internal force,the role of the external stress along the humeral axis conduction,re-sulting in humeral head break after the joint capsule,off to the rear position.Not only that,the shoulder front of the external impact,the collision will result in dislocation of the shoulder joint appears.For sports traumatic posterior dislocation of the shoulder,there are two main non-surgical and surgical treatment,usually minor posterior dislocation of the shoulder can be closed without anesthesia reduction treatment and those who have missed or have not been treated as an old dislocation need to be surgically removed and repaired to repair the damaged rotator cuff and joint capsule.关键词
