甲强龙全身及耳后注射对全聋型突聋临床疗效分析
Clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with whole body and ear injection in treating profound sudden sensorineural hearing loss

Abstract
Objective:To identify and evaluate the efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with whole body and ear injection in treating profound sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the systemic methylprednisolone in our hos-pital from 2012 to 2013 and the systemic and local methylprednisolone were treated with local ear from 2015 to 2016,and the therapeu-tic effect was compared.Results:The systemic methylprednisolone group was 56 patients,the cure rate was 7.4%,the effective rate was 69.6%.The systemic and local methylprednisolone group were enrolled in 78 patients,the cure rate was 14.1%,the effective rate was 85.9%.The rates of clinical total efficiency of the two groups were tested by χ2and the absolute value of the PTA was test by t,there was statistical significance (χ2=4.96,t=6.03,P<0.05).Conclusions:Systemic and postauricular injection of methylprednisolone may be more conducive to improve profound sudden sensorineural hearing loss in treatment efficiency and threshold.关键词
