经皮椎体成形术与非手术方式治疗中老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and non-surgical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the elderly.Methods:90 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were retrospective-ly analyzed,according to the treatment number the patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45).The VAS score,the relative forward anterior height of the injured vertebral body and the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significant-ly improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the long-term loss of the injured vertebrae in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can effectively avoid the compression of vertebral compression,relieve pain symptoms,which is effective and worthy of promotion.关键词
