Abstract
Objective:To study the distribution and drug resistance of bacilli from sputum of bed-ridden patients with lower re-spiratory tract infection. Methods:The bacilli from sputum of 150 bed-ridden elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection were isolated and identified, disk diffusion test was applied to evaluate the antibiotic resistance.Results:136 strains were isolated from spu-tum,of which Gram-negative bacilli take up a great proportion (62.5%).The common bacilli were K.pneumonia,E.coli,P.aerugino-sa,A.baumannii,S.pneumonia,H.streptococcus and S.aureus.K.pneumonia,E.coli,and P.aeruginosa had the high resistance to β-lactam antibiotics, but sensitive to β-lactamase inhibitor compounds and carbapenems.Multiple-antibiotic resistance of A.baumannii ap-peared greatly. Many gram-positive strains developed multi-drug resistance to the commonly used antibiotics, but were still sensitive to cefepine, teicoplanin and vancomycin.Conclusions:Gram-negative bacilli take up a great proportion in the bacilli bacilli from sputum of bed-ridden patients with lower respiratory tract infection, and the drug resistance rates was severe.关键词
