经鼻高流量氧疗治疗婴儿社区获得性肺炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigated the curative effects of high-flow nasal oxygen cannula (HFNC) compared with conven-tional oxygen therapy (COT) in subjects with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)in infant.Methods:133 children with community acquired pneumonia treated with HFNC as HFNC treatment group,and 160 children with community-acquired pneumonia treated with ordinary oxygen therapy were selected as the general treatment group.The improvement of respiratory rate,heart rate and arterial oxygen pressure of 2 h before and after treatment in two groups was observed,and the gas temperature,humidity through the nose and tracheal intubation rate of the two groups of children were compared.Results:2 h after treatment,the respiratory rate,heart rate and arterial oxy-gen partial pressure in the HFNC group were obviously better than those in the ordinary oxygen therapy group,the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05 ).In group HFNC,the gas temperature and humidity through the nasal were 31.9~33 C,84% ~96%, the temperature of the common oxygen therapy group was 22~27.3,the humidity was 48% ~53%,and the rate of tracheal intubation in the HFNC group was 12.78%,which was significantly lower than that in the ordinary oxygen therapy group (P<0.05).Conclu-sions:Compared with conventional oxygen therapy,HFNC can effectively improve the respiratory rate,heart rate and arterial oxygen par-tial pressure of infants with community-acquired pneumonia in PICU,and the gas temperature and humidity through the nasal are more reasonable,and reduce the rate of tracheal intubation,so it should be the first choice for oxygen therapy.关键词
