超声在浅表神经鞘瘤诊断中的病理基础和临床价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the pathological base and clinical value of ultrasound in maxillofacial schwannoma.Methods:68 cases of maxillofacial schwannoma patients were enrolled in this part.The results of ultrasonic examination and pathological examina-tion were analyzed.The total accuracy of diagnosis and the accuracy of diagnosis in different parts were counted.Results:The results showed that the pathological base had a close relationship with the result of ultrasound.The maxillofacial schwannoma were mainly char-acterized with round structure(98.5%),sharpness border(94.1%),parenchyma echo(81.2%) and not rich blood flow(76.5%).At the meaning time,the diagnosis and location accuracy were 89.7% and 92.7%.Conclusions:The pathological base has a close rela-tionship with the result of ultrasound with a high diagnosis and location accuracy.关键词
