移动医疗在基础胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者中的应用
Application of mobile medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with basal insulin

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application value of mobile medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) treated with basal insulin.Methods:A total of 557 T2DM patients who received treatment with basal insulin in outpatients or after dis-charge from hospital were selected.Mobile medicine management system based on patients,nurses and doctors was implemented.The cooperation degree of self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG),treatment compliance and the good control rate of fasting blood glucose (FBG) were observed during follow-up period.Results:During follow-up period,475 patients(85.28%) submitted SMBG data for at least once,whose good control rate was up to 62.53%.The good control rate of FBG was evidently lower in patients who submitted SMBG data for once than those who submitted SMBG data for 5 times(P<0.01),but there was insignificant difference in the compari-son of the rest indexes (P>0.05).Of the patients who submitted SMBG data for at least once,9.26% patients discontinued the drugs positively or negatively due to various reasons.In follow-up week 1,2,4,8 and 12,FBG levels in patients with complete SMBG data were notably lower than those with incomplete SMBG data,and the good control rate of FBG showed an increasing tendency,but there was insignificant differences among different time points(P>0.05).Conclusions:Application of mobile medicine management system to T2DM patients treated with basal insulin can promote patients' SMBG cooperation degree,improve their treatment compliance,and reduce FBG levels,so as to accelerate FBG to achieve the reference level.关键词
