Design of Signal Processing Circuit Based on CMOS Pulse Blood Oximetry Acquisition Sensor

Abstract
To solve small amplitude and strong noise of pulse signal,design of signal processing circuit based on CMOS pulse blood oximetry acquisition sensor is presented. It is implemented in UMC 0.18 μm 1P6M CMOS process. In this paper,a new signal processing circuit is presented with amplifying weak signal,reducing noise effec-tively and filtering high frequency signal,so as to reach the input range of analog to digital conversion. Experiment results showed that the system achieve CMRR and PSRR more than 88 dB,and programmable gains from 30 dB to 54 dB,and output dynamic range from 0.7 V to 1.4 V. Power dissipations of the whole IC were 360 μW under a 1.8 Vsingle supply voltage,which achieved the desired results.关键词
