基于比例故障率模型的转向架牵引电机滚动轴承可靠性评估
Reliability Evaluation of Rolling Bearings for Traction Motors of Bogies Based on Proportional Hazards Model

Abstract
In order to ensure the safe,smooth and reliable operation of rolling bearings in the traction motor of vehicle bogie,a reliability evaluation method for these bearings (the following parts referred to as motor bearings) based on vibration characteristics was proposed.Firstly,characteristic indexes which can reflect the state of the motor bearings were extracted and selected from the measured vibration signal.Then,a characterization was obtained by the weight fusion with the selected sensitive characteristic index by using principal component analysis (PCA),which could represent the performance degradation trend of motor bearings comprehensively,accurately and effectively.And then the fused characterization was used as the response covariate to establish the reliability evaluation model with reliability index to effectively evaluate the running reliability of the motor bearings.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of this method were demonstrated by a practice sample of motor bearings.关键词
