摘要

Abstract

This paper presents a USB OTG (On-The-Go) function based on Android system to realize the functions of programming,modifying and saving welding parameters of resistance welding controller.Through related circuit design,the hardware level signal transformation is completed.The software is written in JAVA language,which achieves large data communication,overcomes the interference of strong electromagnetic environment,and preserves the function of big data interface.The system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient connection and high reliability.The software interface is more friendly,the operation is simple,the human-machine interaction has been greatly improved,and user experience has been greatly improved.
